Sara Owens

Sara Owens is a sculptor, jeweler, blacksmith, designer and maker living and working on Whidbey Island in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. Her creative process is often an inspiration feedback loop between designing adornment for the body and adornment for the home, garden and public spaces. Her work encompasses jewelry, furniture, architectural elements, garden structures and sculptures.

Sara's work is an exploration of form, drawing inspiration from visual rhythms found in nature and the built environment. Her work strives to occupy the spaces between organic, industrial and architectural forms.
